### What is the issue?
After clicking "Install" from the partners panel, Tailscale 1.40.1 is listed as installed and has an Open button:
If you click it, you get taken to http://192.168.1.111:8080/cgi-bin/qpkg/Tailscale/index.cgi. It presents a single-line error message:
