FR: Edit account profile

### What are you trying to do?

What is the reason to did not edit my profile? All my users (devices) can see my Organization name and my account name on their computer. I want to customize it.

Why do some sites like GitHub make the account name from the actual profile name and Microsoft takes the email?
Why is there such inconsistency here?

It is horrible. Rather generate random hash than this.
