Description
### What are you trying to do?
In future we might need to be able to migrate proxies deployed by a specific version of the Tailscale Kubernetes operator to a newer version or be able to determine whether there are any proxy resources in cluster that would require manual upgrade to work with latest operator version. We could annotate the proxy Services with the operator version.
