Traefik Configuration

Not a bug but a thank you to the good work published in the PR https://github.com/syncthing/docs/pull/684 where I was able to get traefik to proxy the discovery service.

Hopefully this will help others and maybe the devs will publish the traefik config into the documentation

Review PR 684 and the documentation site's existing configuration examples first; the issue provides Docker Compose and Traefik configuration to adapt. Done means the Traefik discovery-service configuration is published in the documentation in a suitable location.
