Description

Do I understand correctly that there's no easy way right now to convert an arbitrary Encodable type to JSValue? We already have JSValueDecoder, but apparently lack the opposite for Encodable...

Research direction

Start by reading the existing JSValueDecoder implementation and its surrounding API to understand how JavaScript values are represented. Design and implement the corresponding JSValueEncoder so arbitrary Encodable values can be converted to JSValue, then add coverage showing that representative Encodable values round-trip through the encoder and decoder.
