Description
div is defined in stdlib.h which we don't import. On macOS we can get div from Darwin too. But not on linux.
This is an existing bug that was exposed here: https://github.com/apple/swift/pull/66896

Research direction
Start in the cxx-interop handling for Linux and inspect how standard C headers are imported; the issue identifies stdlib.h and the missing div declaration. Confirm the existing macOS behavior, then verify that div is available on Linux without breaking the existing interop behavior.
