Description
We should consider wrapping the Java classes from java.util.function as part of JavaKit, either the main module or a JavaKitFunction module. We should probably extend those wrapper types with callAsFunction overloads so they can be called directly from Swift.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the JavaKit module organization and the java.util.function package linked in the issue. Determine whether the wrappers belong in the main module or a JavaKitFunction module, then define the needed Swift wrapper types and callAsFunction overloads. Done means the relevant java.util.function classes are wrapped and callable directly from Swift.
