Description
#449 added support for implementing Swift protocols in Java, by conforming to their extracted Java interface. We only added support for methods for now, and need to add support for any protocols with var requirements.

Research direction
Start by reading the implementation introduced in #449 and trace how Swift protocol method requirements are represented in the extracted Java interface. Identify the corresponding handling needed for protocols with var requirements. Done means Java implementations can conform to Swift protocols that declare variable requirements, with coverage matching the existing method support.
