Description
We should not be hardcoding some jar loading behaviors. We should be dealing with classpaths.
- Remove the
--jaroption entirely - make the command work with --classpath
- use an URLClassLoader to load classes that we then configure

Research direction
Start at the configure command implementation and its option parsing, then trace the existing --jar loading behavior. Verify how --classpath is currently handled and where Java classes are loaded. Done means removing --jar, accepting --classpath, and using URLClassLoader to load the classes needed for configuration.
