Description
Right now, uses of JNI constructs always look up the field/method IDs. We should cache those lookups somewhere in the JavaObjectHolder instance so they need only be performed once for the lifetime of the Swift wrapper.

Research direction
Start by locating JavaObjectHolder and the JNI field/method ID lookup paths. Determine where IDs can live for the Swift wrapper lifetime, then verify that repeated uses perform each lookup only once.
