Description
I found that the latest release version uses CMake for building, but INSTALL.md doesn't contain any CMake build commands, only some missing files, such as:
sh autogen.sh
./configure
make
make install
I couldn't find the autogen.sh.

Start by comparing INSTALL.md with the current CMake-based build process used by the latest release. Confirm which documented commands and files are obsolete, then update INSTALL.md with the applicable CMake commands and verify that the instructions match the release build workflow.
