Description
SwaggerCompatConverter swaggerCompatConverter = new SwaggerCompatConverter();
Swagger swagger = swaggerCompatConverter.read(doc.getSpecLocation());
List<Tag> tags = swagger.getTags();
the tags is null, So I cannot get the tag's description.

PS:I donnot want to invoke SwaggerCompatConverter.readResourceListing, I Just want to process Swagger Model. Help!
