Description

In the editor, the default render for the Kafka example has a problem in the Schemas section. The "Expand all" button does not update to "Collapse all" when the section is expanded. The opposite is also true. Closing everything by clicking the arrow does not change the "Collapse all" back to "Expand all".

Research direction

Start in the editor's default Kafka example and inspect the Schemas section's Expand all/Collapse all control and the individual section arrow behavior. Reproduce both expansion paths, then verify the button label stays synchronized with whether all schemas are open or closed.
