Research direction

Start with the generated encoder.js around the CustomHttpUrlEncodingCodec constructor and reproduce the failure using a typescript-angular service generated with Swagger Codegen 3.0.12. Determine the compatibility issue causing HttpUrlEncodingCodec to be invoked without new; done means the generated service constructs the codec without this TypeError.
