Description

Description

YAML file had a data field defined as type "Number", when we generate client code for typescript-angular, this got generated as "BigDecimal" with the below import statement,
import { BigDecimal } from './bigDecimal';

What is the equivalent data type for Number in typescript. How to overcome this error type.

    /**

    • The name .

      name?: string;

    /**

Research direction

The issue names the typescript-angular generator and a YAML field typed Number, but no repository file or test is specified. Start by reproducing the generated interface and inspect the typescript-angular generator's type-mapping entry point; done means the Number field uses the intended TypeScript type without an incorrect BigDecimal import, with a regression test for the generated output.
