Description
Hello,
Generation for erlang server seems to work nice enough, but I don't know how to actually start it/add it on top of cowboy. Can anyone shed some light on how to do this? It would be nice to add this into the generated README.md

Thanks,
Floris.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the generated Erlang server README.md and the issue's request about running it with Cowboy. Document the steps needed to start the generated server and add it on top of Cowboy, then verify that the generated README.md explains the process clearly.
