Decommission uwp option in c# API client generator as UWP is supported via https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-codegen/pull/4955
C# API client with uwp option enabled does not work for all the C# developers so far and having one single option (v5.0) for UWP is easier to support and maintain moving forward.
