[Typescript-fetch] custom basePath

Description
I use custom instance for swagger api:
import * as swaggerClient from '~/api';
this.instance = new swaggerClient.BaseAPI({basePath: '/my-custom-path/'});
But when i try to call api methods like (getSomething) basePath is default

Research direction
Start with the generated TypeScript-fetch BaseAPI and the getSomething call shown in the report. Trace where the configured basePath is read and where API methods build their request URLs. Done means calls made through BaseAPI({basePath: '/my-custom-path/'}) use that custom path instead of the default.
