Research direction
Start by reproducing the C# client generation with swagger-codegen-cli-3.0.24.jar and the YAML declaration in the issue, focusing on integer fields with format uint32. The issue provides no command, files, or tests; done means the generated C# client represents those read-only fields as uint rather than int.
