[nodejs-server] Params are inverted

Description
If my OpenAPI specs (v3) have both a path param (id) and a query param (dummy), the generated controller correctly generates a method signature:
module.exports.getWidget = function getWidget (req, res, next, id, dummy) {
However at run time, the values of id and dummy are inverted.
