Versions 1.0.21+ prevent any log output from Spring Boot applications

If you include version 1.0.21 or newer of this in a Spring Boot project, no output is written to the console anymore.

Most likely caused by https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-codegen-generators/pull/703

Reproduce the difference between version 1.0.20 and 1.0.21 or newer in a Spring Boot project using mvn spring-boot:run. Then inspect swagger-codegen-generators pull request #703 and the changes around that version to identify why application logs disappear. Done means the expected Spring Boot startup output is restored for affected versions.
