Description

This is basically the same bug as https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator/issues/2966

Example generation should never crash the code generation process in general.
And a graceful solution should be found so examples can be provided for recursive structures.

It would be at least nice to have a way to disable example generation. I've tried using -DdisableExample, -DdisableExamples, -DdisableExample:true and -DdisableExamples:true, none worked.
