I found an issue with this document.

Describe the issue
Does not describe how to obtain SENTRY_DSN. This isn't listed on the secrets page, maybe because of the error during the setup process.
Also does not include docs on how to deprovision a sentry project link so I can retry. After whatever bug you had that caused setup to fail there wasn't an obvious way to recover so I deleted the project. But it then still fails saying a project already exists (even though the project has been deleted on sentry), and there is no clear way to unlink on fly.io.
