Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating the existing RHESSI SCEL and visibility representations, then determine how the already-binned phase and count data are exposed for the linear regression. Done means a conversion from a stacked calibrated event list to RHESSI visibilities with coverage for the transformation behavior.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

A stacked calibrated event list (SCEL) is basically a visibility in a different format. The transformation from SCEL to visibly essentially only require a linear regression between the phase and count data which are already binned in the SCEL
