We don't know how many personn read a Docs, whatever it's a public or private Docs.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if there will be a reading counter, so each owner or editor has an idea if the Docs has been read.
It could also be a way to know if, somebody wich is required to read a documents, has already read it or not (for private Docs with invitation), for exemple an important notice documents for their agents.

If you can, explain how users will be able to use this and possibly write out some documentation (if applicable).
