Describe the bug
When compiling assets the build can frequently fail due to probable race condition.
EXEC : error 2.071s: [AssetCompiler] Commands EffectCompile [MyCustomShader] and EffectCompile [StrideForwardShadingEffect.ShadowMapCaster] are both writing __shaders_bytecode__/7c10098595489c56b8d175d4548ba7d3 at the same time

Research direction
Start with the AssetCompiler build path and the concurrent EffectCompile commands shown in the failure. Reproduce the asset build on Windows and trace how both commands write the same shader-bytecode path. Done means the build no longer reports simultaneous writes for that path.
