Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Direct3D 11 and 12 provide information about outputs, but Vulkan uses a single dummy GraphicsOutput.

Information about outputs has many uses:

  • Providing resolution settings in games
  • Makes it easier to use borderless fullscreen
  • Games that use the window in gameplay can use an output's resolution to e.g. place a window in the bottom right corner of the screen

Describe the solution you'd like
Correctly populate GraphicsAdapter.Outputs, just like in Direct 3D.

Research direction

Start by comparing the Vulkan GraphicsAdapter implementation with the Direct3D 11 and 12 implementations referenced in the issue. Trace how GraphicsOutput information is obtained and represented, then verify that GraphicsAdapter.Outputs is populated with real display outputs and supports the resolution and fullscreen use cases described.
