Description
Currently, dragging an object from the hierarchy into the asset view does nothing. It would be nice if it acted as a shortcut for 'Create Prefab From Selected'. Drag and drop from the hierarchy to the Asset View would essentially be a shortcut to 'Create Prefab From Selected' context action, with the added benefit of it creating the new prefab in the folder of your choice (the folder that you dragged it into).

Research direction
Start by tracing the existing “Create Prefab From Selected” context action and the drag-and-drop paths between the hierarchy and Asset View. The work is done when dragging an object into a chosen Asset View folder creates a prefab there with the same result as the context action.
