Describe the bug
The shadowmap is rendered incorrectly only on D3D10.0.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set a project to use D3D10.0.

Expected behavior
Shadowmap renders correctly, not with skewed shadows.

The shadowmap size is set to x1, but this also happens on x2.
