Description
Every time I hover my mouse over an icon or something, the hover tooltip takes a long time to appear, more than a second, which I think is very unreasonable. I think it should appear immediately, or with a delay of no more than 0.5 seconds. In most of the current websites, most of them are displayed immediately
I don't know if this is the right thing to post here, but I think it's worth discussing.

Research direction
No file, test, or UI entry point is named in the issue. Start by reproducing the delayed hover tooltip and locate which Stride UI component handles it. Done means the relevant tooltip appears immediately or within 0.5 seconds, with a regression test if the existing test structure supports it.
