Description

Xenko used to work with optional minor updates (a project with 3.0.x could work on any 3.0.x version).

But now the idea is to leverage NuGet versioning/package management and make sure a whole team is working with the same version.
As a result, we would like users to be able to select a minor subversion when they install Xenko.

Some design/UX will be required before starting this task.

Research direction

Start by locating the Xenko Launcher installation and version-selection entry points. Review the existing NuGet-based version handling, then define the required UX for choosing a minor subversion before implementation. Done means users can select a compatible minor version during installation and the team can use the same resolved version.
