Description
Release Type: Latest github
Describe the bug
It should be obvious to users when a public member they are looking at in the inspector is not serialized to avoid confusion when debugging.
Expected behavior
We could have a grayed-out label with a tooltip mentioning that the type must have a DataContract attribute to serialize.

Research direction
Start by locating the editor inspector code that displays public members and the serialization checks for DataContract types. Verify how non-serialized members are currently represented. Done means those members are visibly grayed out and expose a tooltip explaining that DataContract is required for serialization.
