Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Adding Spine animations to Stride would help adding more tools to 2D game developments and provide an alternative to sprite animations.

Describe the solution you'd like
Spine provide C# bindings for us to create our own renderers. I haven't dived in this one yet.
Unfortunately the licensing will be a bit tedious to sort out.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are other softwares but Spine sounds like the most used for this purpose.
DragonBones for example

Research direction

Start by reviewing Spine's 4.0 C# bindings and the DragonBones C# alternative linked in the issue. Clarify the renderer integration scope and resolve the licensing requirements before implementation. Done means Stride supports Spine animations as an alternative to sprite animations.
