Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Visual Studio has a feature called Source Link which allows for stepping into the external code if it is in a NuGet package with debugging symbols with link to a GitHub repository. This will allow a better debugging experience without the need to clone Stride and fully compile a dev build of the packages.

Describe the solution you'd like
Include snupkg generation and publishing for official releases. See https://github.com/dotnet/sourcelink.
