Hi,
I'm would like to invest myself in this package. However due to the large number of issues it is difficult to know which issues I should take. I have noticed the "Good as First PR" Label but unfortunately there are only few and old issues.

So could you tag next issues that are not so difficult to fix in order that I try to do my first push request ?

I'm particularly interested to work on Time Series models.
