stan() telling estimated total time

Description
I’m running stan.R and it’s great! But now I really really want it to do that thing where, after running 1/20 of the iterations, it prints an estimate of total runtime. Which will typically be a conservative estimate because adaptation takes longer than regular runs. Then also it would be good to spit out total elapsed time when it's all done.
Ideally this info would be produced by Stan (not Rstan) so this is really a more general request.
