Description

Describe the problem with the documentation

I am new to Stan and was hoping to work through the schools code example in quick start guide.
This referred to "Section 5.5 of Gelman et al (2003)"
However, I couldn't seem to find a list of references on the docs.
(I scrolled through each page)

Suggest a potential alternative/fix

Make sure that the list of references is displayed somewhere.
(Sorry if I've been stupid and missed them somehow - thanks!)

Research direction

Start in the documentation's quick start guide and inspect the schools code example's reference to Section 5.5 of Gelman et al. (2003). Locate the documentation's existing reference structure, then make the referenced works visible and verify that the quick start citation points readers to the displayed list.
