fit.summary() not working in jupyter notebooks

Summary:

fit.summary() crashes when run in a jupyter notebook.

Description:

fit.summary() and fit.diagnose() don't work when following the Hello World tutorial in a jupyter notebook.

The tutorial works fine when run as a python file.

Reproduce the Hello World tutorial in a Jupyter notebook and compare fit.summary() and fit.diagnose() with the same tutorial run as a Python file. Start by tracing the RuntimeError and signal 6 from the diagnose command; done means both calls work in the notebook without crashing.
