Research direction

Start by locating the implementation of the transformations argument in the mcmc_* functions and read how univariate transformations are currently handled. Clarify the expected semantics for multivariate transformations before changing the plotting behavior. Done means the relevant mcmc_* functions support transformations of multivariate parameters consistently.
