Description
we ingest a repo and store in graph db, it would be cool to also store the cloned codebase.
we can have a bash tool that directly bashes on the swarm itself.
- agent + bash tool for file search
- agent + graph tool for graph search
let the agent decide
- clone and store
- update to master by pulling/syncing
