Research direction
Start with the lsp crate and lsp/Dockerfile, then inspect the existing LSP and non-LSP Ruby AST, source, and testing coverage. Determine how Ruby LSP support should work across Ruby, Rails, and gem versions; done means the LSP compiles, interacts with Ruby code, is included in the base image, and the requested full test coverage passes.
