Feature Description
Enable filtering in SHOW METHODS by supporting the following syntax:
SHOW [VERB] METHODS IN resource
so..
show select methods in google.logging.buckets would return all of the select methods for the google.logging.buckets resource
whereas..
show methods in google.logging.buckets would return all available methods for the google.logging.buckets resource
