[DEFERRED] [FEATURE] SHOW PROVIDERS enhancements

Feature Description
SHOW PROVIDERS should return the provider name and version installed, e.g.

SHOW EXTENDED PROVIDERS should return the description field contents from the provider.yaml file if this field is populated, e.g.

+--------+---------+--------------------+

if this field is not available or not populated it would just return the provider name in the description column:
