Hi,
I want to save code locally in my IndexDB and load the IDE with saved code if user visits that page again, are there any API's using which I can listen to file changes and save to me IndexDB on keyup event?

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by determining whether the SDK exposes file-change events or persistence hooks for an IDE, then clarify the expected IndexedDB behavior and what should happen when a user revisits the page; the issue does not define completion criteria.
