Description
As a use I want to enable a 3rd party Trino connector that requires additional JVM options to be passed to Trino. At the moment this cannot be done without building a custom version of the Stackable Trino operator. I would like a means to set a configuration override to modify the JVM command line options.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the operator's existing configuration handling and the path that generates Trino JVM command-line options. Determine how a connector-specific override should be represented and propagated, then verify that a deployed Trino coordinator or worker receives the requested options without requiring a custom operator build.
