Document migration from Hive

As a user of Hive I'd like to know what I need to do to migrate to Trino.

This is done when

• documentation is available on the steps needed to migrate an existing Hive 1.1 and later installations to Trino
• documentation on how Avro/Parquet types map to Trino types

If any such documentation exists upstream I'm fine with having a link to said documentation.

This needs to cover the steps needed to migrate an existing On-prem Hive metastore to Stackable as well as the major differences between Hive and Trino in terms of features and SQL compatiblity.
This does not need to be 100% complete and we can always extend later but it should cover the 80% use-case
