Description
Currently the Helm related commands check stable, test and dev repos.
I'd like to only use stable by default.
Instead of helm-repo-stackable-dev etc. I want a single parameter: helm-repo which defaults to our stable one.
See here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hi3dAZKE0MZMwVWDA2ci1ZllLsUngGKE99UfUVCrISQ/edit#heading=h.7gffuip1d2cc
I also want a helm-extra-opts parameter as described an that document.

Research direction
Start by locating the Helm-related commands and the existing helm-repo-stackable-dev parameters, then compare their behavior with the linked design document. Done means Helm commands use a single helm-repo parameter defaulting to the stable repository and support the requested helm-extra-opts parameter.
