Description

Came out of https://github.com/stackabletech/stackablectl/pull/36#discussion_r926478595:

Is this parameter [--additional-demo-files] necessary for all calls of stackablectl? Wouldn't be an environment variable or folder containing the custom demos also be a viable solution?

Research direction

Start with the --additional-demo-files option and the linked discussion in pull request 36 to understand the current configuration flow. The payload names no source files or tests, so locate the CLI entry point and existing configuration tests first. Done means agreeing on and implementing a supported environment-variable or config-file path for custom demos.
