Acceptance criteria:

  1. Extract the Dockerfile from the lakehouse demo and document it: https://github.com/stackabletech/stackablectl/blob/main/demos/data-lakehouse-iceberg-trino-spark/Dockerfile
  2. Document how to use the custom image in Spark applications.
