Missing SerDeStorageSchemaReader class when creating Avro tables with schema file

When creating a Hive external table with the Avro schema URL defined the result is a table that cannot be queried or droped:

 create table hive.test.avro_test (
    LOAD_DATE varchar,
    ID varchar,
    EMAIL varchar,
    NAME varchar
)
with (
    format = 'AVRO',
    external_location = 'hdfs://hdfs/test/table1',
    avro_schema_url = 'hdfs://hdfs/schema/table1.avsc'
);

All operations on the table produce the following error:

[SQL Error [16777216]: Query failed (#20250804_105604_00015_upgzh): org.apache.hadoop.hive.metastore.SerDeStorageSchemaReader class not found](url)

Once the table is created it can no longer be managed from Trino.

This was originally opened as a Trino issue (https://github.com/stackabletech/trino-operator/issues/783) but the issue lies with hive metastore missing the required Java classes from Hive and Hadoop.

Start by reproducing the SQL example against the Hive Metastore deployment and confirm the SerDeStorageSchemaReader class-not-found error. Inspect how the deployment supplies Hive and Hadoop classes; done means an Avro table created with avro_schema_url can be queried and dropped from Trino without this error.
